Conditions générales
Version de démarrage. Faites examiner ces conditions par un juriste local avant le lancement public.
1. Platform role
The Gabon–Rwanda Education Bridge (“the Platform”) organizes public information, institutional links, student-created progress trackers and communications with participating partners. It is not a university, embassy, government agency, admissions office, scholarship provider or immigration authority.
2. Official decisions
Only the relevant university can make an admissions decision. The Higher Education Council and other competent bodies retain their statutory responsibilities for accreditation and qualification recognition. Rwanda’s immigration authorities decide student permits, visas and residence matters. A status in this Platform is not an official approval unless it is explicitly described as an institution-reported decision and confirmed by the institution.
3. Accurate information and external links
Users must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and must not upload forged, misleading, unlawful or third-party documents without authority. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. The Platform cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability or continued operation of third-party pages. Institution listings and funding records require periodic review.
4. Student accounts and documents
Users are responsible for protecting login credentials and notifying the Platform team of suspected unauthorized access. Upload only documents necessary for a specific tracker. Do not send passport numbers, bank details or sensitive documents through public contact forms. The administrator should configure limited staff access, HTTPS, backups and a retention policy before launch.
5. University partner accounts
Partner access requires an approved request and acceptance of these terms. A partner may only view and update records connected to its assigned institution. University representatives are responsible for ensuring that updates they enter accurately reflect communication from the institution. Partner access can be suspended for misuse.
6. Fees, payments and third-party systems
The starter Platform does not collect tuition or official government fees and does not process online payments. Users must pay official fees only through the provider’s verified payment channel. Any future payment feature requires a separate review, provider integration, refund rules and appropriate security controls.
7. Availability and changes
The Platform is supplied as an information and coordination tool. Availability, content and features may change. No admission, scholarship, visa, permit, response time or outcome is guaranteed.
8. Contact and acceptance
Creating an account or submitting a partner request requires acceptance of the applicable terms and privacy notice. Record versions and timestamps should be retained. Replace this starter text with approved institutional wording before production launch.
